SERVICE LEVELS

Once Daily Basic Service - Up to 15 min visit

$25.00 per day

This service level is suitable for pets requiring minimal care and contact time e.g.  timid cats, fish, rats, mice, rabbits, birds, horses etc.

This visit can involve feeding, watering, cleaning litter trays, cleaning food bowls, conducting general health/tick check for your pets, most medicating if required, and of course a quick cuddle if time permits!! And for your home; mail collection, bins in/out, security/damage check, some plant watering, pool skimmer baskets if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: This service is not generally available for dogs
(If we do not believe we can cater to your pets needs in this timeframe we reserve the right to refuse this service level)..

NB.We bring a thorough checklist of our tasks to your home with     all service levels, and leave notes detailing your  pets disposition, any    significant  occurrences  etc. You can also request an SMS  update as frequently as you like!!                                                             

Twice Daily Basic Service - Up to 30 min in total                                      $40.00 per day

This service level is great for pets that go in at night and out in the morning, for pets requiring an AM and PM feeding or checking, etc, and for your home the extra visit can be utilized to open/shut curtains, turn lights on/off to give your home a ‘lived in’ look.

Time can be split equally between two visits, or as you would prefer.
 

Once Daily Standard Service - Approx 30 min visit                                 $35.00 per day

This service level can include all services offered with Basic Services plus a short walk or playtime for dogs, playtime or cuddles for affectionate cats, company time for pets that like you to ‘be there’, but not necessarily interact!! Plus the extra time allows us to do any extra specified tasks, eg. poop scoop yard, grooming, extra plant watering etc.
 

Twice Daily Standard Service - Approx 45 min in total                                        $50.00 per day

This service level includes all services offered in the Standard Service over two visits. Benefits/ extra services similar to Twice Daily Basic, but with more time for tasks outlined in Standard Service.
Time can be split equally between two visits if desired, or split according to your requirements (eg. 15 minutes AM and 30 minutes PM and vice versa)

Once Daily Deluxe Service - Approx 45 min visit                                     $45.00 per day

All services included in Standard Service plus extra walking/company or playtime. Also great if you have more than 2-3 pets, as the extra time allows us to give everyone all the care and attention they need!

Twice Daily Deluxe Service - Approx 60 min in total                                            $60.00 per day

All services included in all other service levels, over two visits. Great for active dogs who need two walks a day, busy homes with lots of pets, and animals who need lots of cuddles!!

Time can be split equally between the two visits, or according to your requirements
